About the Event
Meditation is a technique that develops one’s mind, soul, and emotional state. It is a way of giving yourself the opportunity to have peace, to be able to breathe, and to know that you can deliver your day or your situation in the highest Good. Meditation has a lot of different techniques that are taught, along with many tools. In this class we will learn how to silence the mind using basic tools that will help us come back into being in the present moment. We will focus on discovering the best way for you as an individual to meditate and discover your peace.
