Booking Appointments with Readers & Instructors Scheduling: Appointments must be booked in advance—walk-ins are welcome based on availability but are not guaranteed. How to Book: Call the shop to check availability and secure your appointment. Email karen@thedragonandtherose.com with your name, requested date/time, and preferred reader or instructor. Payment & Deposits: A non-refundable deposit may be required for certain readers or instructors. Full payment may be requested in advance, depending on the session type. Cancellations & No-Shows: At least 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in forfeited payments or deposits. General Guidelines Respect & Energy: Our space is sacred—please arrive with an open heart and mind. Timeliness: Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session or forfeiture.
